VIP Facial Membership Program This program is designed and reserved for our monthly facial members. This membership will elevate your skincare experience. Membership Benefits: 1. 10% Additional off Credit Receive an extra 10% off credit on other services. This can be applied towards any upgraded services, such as waxing, advanced treatments like anti-aging luxe lift facial , LuminFusion, microneedling, dermaplaining, Sole Serenity foot facial and back facial. 2. Birthday Gift Enjoy a special birthday gift, such as a complimentary a product sampler, and a complimentary Hot Stone Serenity back facial or Sole Serenity foot facial to pamper yourself during your birthday month. A personal birthday card will also be included. 3.Complimentary Add-ons Each facial treatment includes one complimentary add-on service per visit. Options could include a LED Light Therapy, high frequency, hand treatment, Hydration Mask treatments. 4. Buddy Gift Pass If you are not able to make your monthly session you can gift your session to a friend. If you decide you want a session within the same month you can purchase a second session at the VIP membership fee. 5 . Refer a friend Refer a friend and when they join the VIP membership you earn $50 in skincare product credit. Billing Credit credit must be on file for monthly billing. Billing will take place on the 1st of the month.
Cancellation Policy
***PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING*** NO EXCEPTIONS. All services require a deposit to book an appointment. All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE. If you need to cancel and reschedule your appointment you must do so 24 hours in advance, or your deposit is forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS. Deposits are non transferable. All rescheduling must be scheduled within 3 days. After one rescheduling of the same deposit NO REBOOKING FOR FUTURE SERVICES will be granted. If you are more than 15 minutes LATE your appointment is canceled and you will recieve no deposit refund or allowed to transfer the deposit to the next schedule servi e.
