An initial cleanse is performed and during this one-on-one session, a trained skincare expert will assess your skin type, discuss your concerns (such as acne, dryness, sensitivity, aging, or pigmentation), and review your current skincare routine. Based on this analysis, you'll receive tailored product recommendations and a step-by-step regimen designed to meet your unique needs and goals. Whether you're starting fresh or refining your current routine, this session empowers you with the knowledge and tools to achieve healthier, glowing skin. Result are generated and provide to clients and they have the option of ordering the SmartSKN recommend skincare. Products are exclusively made in the lab by a robot for the client.
Cancellation Policy
***PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING*** NO EXCEPTIONS. All services require a deposit to book an appointment. All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE. If you need to cancel and reschedule your appointment you must do so 24 hours in advance, or your deposit is forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS. Deposits are non transferable. All rescheduling must be scheduled within 3 days. After one rescheduling of the same deposit NO REBOOKING FOR FUTURE SERVICES will be granted. If you are more than 15 minutes LATE your appointment is canceled and you will recieve no deposit refund or allowed to transfer the deposit to the next schedule servi e.
