Overview Your first visit focuses on learning about your skin and creating a safe, effective plan. We combine a thorough consultation with an AI-assisted skin analysis and a gentle, customized facial. What’s Included; Intake & Review: We discuss your skin history, medical history, allergies, current medications (including acne treatments), lifestyle, and goals. AI Skin Analysis: A handheld camera with AI reviews hydration, oil, pores, texture, and areas of concern. This helps guide product and treatment choices. Professional Assessment: Your esthetician confirms findings and explains what they mean in simple terms. Customized First Facial: Double cleanse Gentle enzyme exfoliation (no strong peels at the first visit) Light extractions if appropriate Soothing treatment mask Calming massage as tolerated Targeted serum, moisturizer, and mineral SPF At-Home Plan: You receive a simple AM/PM routine and product recommendations that fit your skin and budget. Progress Tracking (optional): With your permission, we may take baseline photos for future comparison. How to Prepare: Pause retinoids, scrubs, and acid exfoliants for 48–72 hours before your visit. Avoid facial waxing, shaving, or strong treatments for 72 hours before. Arrive with a clean face if possible and stay well-hydrated. Aftercare: For 24–48 hours, avoid hot showers, saunas, heavy workouts, and exfoliation. Do not pick or squeeze the skin. Use gentle cleanser, moisturizer, and daily SPF. Safety & Restrictions Please tell us if you are pregnant or nursing; have active cold sores, a rash, or sunburn; used isotretinoin (Accutane) in the last 6 months; had injectables in the past 2 weeks; take blood thinners; or have allergies to aspirin (salicylates), nuts, or fragrance. We will adjust or reschedule to keep you safe. Who Can Book Adults 18+ Teens 13–17 with a parent/guardian present and written consent.
